The Dengue IgG/IgM Test Cassette is an immunological rapid test with two test lines for the differential qualitative antibody detection of IgG and IgM anitbodies against the serotypes 1, 2, 3 and 4 in human serum, plasma or whole blood. The test is for professional use and is a valuable tool for a preliminary diagnosis between primary and secondary infections. It is necessary that a specific diagnosis method such as isolation of the virus, detection of the antigens in a tissue sample, RT-PCR and serological tests such as hemagglutination inhibition test (HHT) are performed to receive a confirmation evaluation of the dengue infection.
